Gentle, trauma-aware bodywork supporting the pelvis and nervous system.

For pregnant and non-pregnant people seeking preparation, healing, grounding and reconnection.

Re-Connecting with the Pelvis: Gentle Bodywork as Whole-Body Care

The pelvis is not just a physical structure. It is a meeting place - of movement and stillness, strength and softness, memory and sensation. For many people, it becomes a place of holding: holding tension, holding experiences, holding stories that have never quite settled.

My work offers a way to meet the body - and particularly the pelvis - with care, curiosity and respect, rather than force. It is not about fixing something that is broken. It is about listening to what the body has adapted to over time, and offering it different options for support.

Across all sessions, the foundations remain the same.

This work is:

  • Gentle and unrushed

  • Trauma-aware and consent-led

  • Informed by clinical knowledge and movement-based understanding

  • Attentive to the nervous system

  • Responsive to the body rather than a fixed protocol

External bodywork, grounding and breath are woven throughout. Internal work is always optional. Consent is ongoing, and you remain in control at every stage.

What changes is where we begin, and what feels most appropriate for your body at this point in time.

Gentle, trauma-aware & body-led

Choosing the right session

There is no “right” place to start.

Some people arrive knowing exactly what they are looking for. Others are unsure, but have a sense that their body needs support. We can work that out together.

All sessions are offered to pregnant and non-pregnant people, and all are grounded in the same principles of safety, consent and respect.
